Booking Terms & Conditions

General

  • All boarders must be house trained
  • All male boarders must be neutered
  • We are unable to accept females in season
  • All guests need to be in good health
  • An up to date vaccination record is required to be presented upon booking
  • Boarders must sleep in a crate overnight
  • Owner must be comfortable for their dog to go in a crate if necessary
  • Dog's food is to be provided by the owner
  • Dog's bedding & crate are to be provided by the owner (crate can be supplied if necessary, please enquire)
  • Crates are to be small sized for one dog or medium for two
  • Boarders need to be comfortable around other dachshunds
  • Booking forms are to be completed before a booking is confirmed
  • For new guests we carry out a meet & greet/trial at the prevailing rate
  • Owners must be available to collect their dog within 1 hour during trial visits if required
  • Owners must be comfortable with images and videos of their dogs being posted on our social media platforms
  • When outside, dogs will wear a Paco's Place collar with our contact details
  • Owners agree to inform us if their dog/s has/have any aggressive behaviour traits
  • Daycare drop off and collect between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00
  • Any stays beyond 18:00 are charged at the boarding rate
     

Medical Emergencies

  • Owner gives consent for us to seek medical assistance where we feel appropriate
  • Owner agrees to cover any costs associated to medical assistance

Payments

  • No space can be reserved until payment is received
  • A 50% non refundable deposit is to be paid to secure a booking
  • A booking is only confirmed upon payment of deposit or in full
  • Balance due 1 week prior to stay
  • For a stay of 2 nights +, a trial night must be carried out at the prevailing rate
  • All trials must be paid in full upon booking and are non refundable
  • All payments must be made by bank transfer
  • By sending a deposit or payment for any services it is deemed that all terms and conditions are accepted in full


 Cancellation Policy

Due to our limited availability and to enable us to accomodate as many guests as possible, the following policy is required.  Please inform us as soon as possible for any changes in plans that affect your booking.

Over 1 week prior = 50% refund of the full amount
Under 1 week prior = non refundable
